As a result of a two years analysis and decision process, Allevo has opted for a two layered management structure.

• The supervisory board committed to redesign the company’s management process and its control mechanism, while concentrating on attracting new financing sources for the company’s projects. The most experienced members, who over 15 years have been shaping the company as it is today, will join the supervisory board:

o Mr Sorin Guiman, Chairman

o Mr Ion Stirbat, Vice-Chairman

• The executive board’s main goal is to both actively coordinate the company’s business and to further deepen the company’s re-design to achieve the best agility and team motivation. The executive board is formed out of the most mature Allevo personalities, involved for more than eight years in the company’s operations and line management, as follows:

o Ms Corina Mihalache, CEO

o Ms Sorina Bera, CCO

o Mr Horia Beschea, CTO

o Ms Dorina Preotu, CFO
