ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System

From the very beginning quality has been a strategic objective of our company. The first step – obtaining an ISO 9001certification – led to a new architecture of our processes system and materialized in the development of a successful collaborative platform, Esfera. The development and implementation of Esfera, an in-house developed IT collaboration tool, which stands at the basis of Allevo’s Quality Management System, was a PHARE granted project (2000).

Allevo started the implementation of the Quality Management System in 2001, and in 2002 obtained from Intertek (formarly Moody International) the confirmation that its system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. Since then, the company was repeatedly audited by Intertek (formarly Moody International) based on the requirements of this standard, so nowadays, Allevo has the ISO 9001:2015 certification for IT, commercial and professional services, as well as for software development processes, under UKAS and DAkkS accreditations.

Having the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and the practices implemented according to CMMI Level2, we ensure the quality of our products, services and processes which proved to the benefit of all stakeholders
