Oh, dear, time really does fly! I had second thoughts about starting the post with this phrase, but it describes exactly how I felt. First, because yesterday evening there was the 10th edition of e-Finance’s Awards Gala and it seems like only yesterday I wrote about its 9th ceremony. And second, because Allevo received this year the e-10 years award, granted for excellence and global performances over the last decade.
OVER THE LAST DECADE… Makes you think. From a person’s point of view I guess this award might make you feel old :), but for a company like us, I believe the correct word is mature. And maybe it comes to remind us that we have grown over these years, we have learned a lot, we have discovered plenty, we have changed, we have evolved. We have served our customers with professionalism, we have gained experience from every relationship with our partners, we have found the courage to initiate the first open distribution project for financial transactions processing. We have done all these things, even if now it seems like time just flied 🙂

e-Finance presented nominees with 13 trophies during the 10th edition of its Awards Gala. At Allevo, we made it a tradition to be among the winners. This year we won the e-10 years award, granted for excellence and global performances over the last decade.

Yesterday, January 23, 2013 e-Finance presented nominees with 13 trophies during the 10th edition of its Awards Gala. I think by now, we can consider being among the winners as a tradition at Allevo. This year was a bit special though, as we won the e-10 years award, granted for excellence and global performances over the last decade. Receiving the same recognition as a company like Romtelecom, confirmed our belief that we have grown and evolved over the years, only to offer competitive products and most professional services.
We thank e-Finance for this award and we congratulate all the winners.

As it is my first post this year, I cannot start without wishing all our readers a Happy New Year. And as we survived another predicted end of the world :), we can start making plans for the future.
2012 has brought a few milestones in Allevo’s history: the official launch of our FinTP project and the beginning of Allevo’s radical change of its business model to fit into this new open distribution scenery, the birth of the FINkers United community, another successful SIBOS exhibitor participation, the commencement of a technical cooperation project in support of FinTP under the Enterprise Growth Programme (EGP) of the EBRD, the increase in our registered capital and assets, the migration of our customers to qPayIntegrator v3, and these just to mention the most important ones. Oh, and not to forget, that the first edition of our FINkers United event was the first “unconference” event the Romanian financial industry has ever witnessed in Bucuresti.
And if innovation and agility marked Allevo’s evolution in 2012, we can do no less than to continue on this path in 2013. I can’t promise we’ll be better, but I can say that no effort will be too big to stand in the way of what we try to accomplish. And we want to see the FINKers United community grow, the FinTP project improve and rise, our people enthusiastic and motivated, our customers satisfied, our blog read by more and more people (this one is on me :)… and you).
