It is already a tradition for Allevo to support the SWIFT Business Forum Romania event organized by the Romanian Banking Association. The six edition brought into the spotlight the interoperability and innovation in the financial and banking industry and debated among others the future of standards in the financial and banking industry, the adoption of more wide standards ISO 20022 and coexistence standards MT-MX, national and European standardization projects, and the use of MyStandards for an efficient administration of standards in the banking community in Romania. A key topic on the agenda was SWIFT’s portfolio of compliance solutions and how they can help banks address compliance mandates regarding financial crime.
Corina Mihalache, Allevo CEO, was invited to speak about current trends and the needs of the entrepreneurs. She affirmed the need for common initiatives in the financial and banking and the IT market in Romania, in order to encourage and support national trends to align with the latest practices and technologies, with focus on common interests around the open source communities appearing in the market, communities that all parties involved can benefit from.
SWIFT Business Forum Romania is a real platform for the information exchange and collaboration across the industry.
